You will explore the rich traditions of esoteric Tantra alongside contemporary Neo-Tantra practices, empowering you to cultivate your sacred life force energy. This journey will guide you to experience profound states of bliss and connection, both within yourself and with your partner.
In this 3 hr. session we will cover:

This experience is completely hands-on and embodied, and participants are welcome to be as clothed or un-clothed as they desire. You will not just listen to Josephina speak and teach you, but will be guided thru various embodied practices and given the opportunity to practice throughout the session.
The session culminates with a “Sensorium,” an opportunity for each individual to be worshipped, to receive sensual delights (activating all 5 senses) and pleasure from their partner & Josephina, within the boundaries and agreements as articulated in the claiming of Intentions, Desires, Fears and Boundaries.
You will have the opportunity to experience, explore and play with various sensory tools and toys throughout the session.
Note: this session does not involve any BDSM or Polarity Play; advanced practitioners can make the request for such, for an additional fee.

My approach to coaching couples is a trauma-informed, energy-body based approach to help couples interested in cultivating deeper intimacy, expanding their sex lives and experiencing the benefits of conscious communication as a foundation of authentic relating. My methodology is a fusion of Shamanism, Somatics and Sacred Sexuality.
I guide my clients to claim their desires and manifest their dreams into reality utilizing facilitated journeys, movement-based practices, breath work and pleasure portals. Each session incorporates and activates your body’s innate technology of breath, sound, movement, touch and intuition.
Each session is 2 hours over Zoom or 3 hours for In-person

An Embodied approach to cultivating Deeper Intimacy.
This is a virtual course taught by Josephina in 4 private sessions over Zoom for couples looking to connect more deeply, to explore edges and expansive states of ecstasy and do so in devotion to the Divine.
This unique program blends spirituality, somatic practices, and sacred sexuality to support your journey of self-integration, enabling you to authentically connect with your partner in profound love and presence.
Explore conscious communication techniques, recognizing its pivotal role in nurturing relationships and fostering sacred intimacy. Josephina will lead you through diverse embodiment practices such as breathwork, somatic awareness, meditations, self-love journeys, elemental touch, alchemical movement, micro-cosmic orbit, and erotic blueprint mapping.
Additionally, participants will receive guidance and engage in introductory Temple Arts ritual practices, including Temple Gazing and Sacred Pilgrimage.

Mere words put one after another to form what we call “ sentences “ are not enough to even partially capture Josephina’s impact on my life. When I contemplate the question: how can I justly and truthfully describe what Joséphina has done for me and continues to do for me; the traditions of old come to mind.
