✨Polarity isn’t about gender — it’s about energy. Learn to embody both sides of the dance, and let love move through you with truth and fire.
You’ll learn how polarity exists first and foremost within the Self, represented by the masculine (Shiva) energy and the feminine (Shakti) energy. You will do work cultivate both of these energetics within yourself and with practice partners.
You’ll experience:
