You will be Initiated into ancient Temple Arts practices.
This journey is for those curious about and interested in understanding their sacred life force energy. Sacred life force energy, also referred to as kundalini or Shakti embodied or Kundalini Ma, or in the Taoist practices as chi (prana) and ching.
This journey shall be divided into 4 Modules :
In Module 1, ALCHEMY + EROS, you will learn the foundational principles of Alchemy - transmuting our energy from lower vibrational states / lower chakras into higher vibrational states / higher chakras. You will confront and embrace your Shadow, learning tools for emotional release and energetic purging.
In Module 2, THE SWITCH, you will learn about Masculine/Yang/Shiva energy within and the Feminine/Yin/Shakti energy within you. We will examine together the unintegrated/immature and the integrated/mature versions of both, to move towards embodied wholeness. One must connect with their inner Shiva + Shakti before they can encounter the outer from energetic overflow and with deep reverence. You will also learn Taoist microcosmic orbit breath work, using the Yin/Yang method of breathing within the Self, and Tantrik breath work while sitting Yab Yum with Josephina as partner.
In Module 3, DESIRELAND, you will learn conscious communication tools of the Wheel of Consent (Betty Martin) and the Temple of Loha's sacred energy communication concept called IDEAS for Bliss, and practice giving, receiving, taking and allowing in a consent-driven container of touch.
In Module 4, BODY as TEMPLE, you will begin Pink Tantra exploration of the Self via pleasure. Josephina will guide you on a journey of Self Love and surrender followed by Sacred Pilgrimmage, Yoni Worship and Tantric Massage.
