For Individuals & Couples
Facilitated by Josephine Lauer
✧ Inner Union: Exploring the seemingly opposing qualities within yourself without rejecting or suppressing either.
✧ Embodied Polarity: Moving beyond intellectual understanding into felt experience through somatic and Tantric practices.
✧ Relational Alchemy: Exploring how your relationship with yourself influences attraction, connection, and intimacy with others.
✧ The Art of Presence: Practicing the dance between holding and yielding, stillness and movement, structure and flow.
This is not about fitting yourself into a masculine or feminine ideal. It's an invitation to explore the full spectrum of your being and discover what becomes possible when these energies are in relationship rather than in conflict.
Whether you're single, partnered, new to Tantra, or deepening an existing practice, come curious and ready to experience.
