1:1 Somatic Intimacy Coaching for Individuals (Virtual & In-Person in Chicago)
Book a Somatic Intimacy Coaching Session with Josephine of Temple of Loha!
My approach to coaching and healing is a trauma-informed, energy-body based approach to holistic intimacy so we can live a life we love. My methodology is a fusion of Shamanism, Somatics and Sacred Sexuality.
I guide my clients to claim their desires and manifest their dreams into reality utilizing facilitated journeys, movement-based practices and pleasure portals. Each session incorporates and activates your body’s innate technology of breath, sound, movement, touch and intuition.
About my Virtual Sessions
Our virtual coaching sessions are 90 minutes—long enough to slow down, arrive fully, and create the space for something meaningful to unfold. I conduct these sessions over Zoom and I require that your camera is on and you are in a private space where you can move freely, make sounds and be in your fullest expression - no cars, no offices at work, please.
This is about being intentional - carving out time & space to focus on yourself, your healing journey, your desires, your pleasure.
We begin by getting curious about what is alive for you: your desires, intentions, questions, edges, and places where you feel called to grow. From there, I create a bespoke, embodied journey designed specifically for you and what you are ready to explore.
We begin with a guided meditation to shift out of the thinking mind and into the felt experience of the body. From there, I draw upon a range of somatic practices—including breath, music, sound, movement, sensory awareness, and self-touch—to help you experience yourself in real time rather than simply talk about what you are experiencing.
There may be Somatic Experiencing practices - a methodology that fuses my studies in IFS parts work, mindfulness , EFT, and NLP to talk about felt sense reality (sensations in the body) connected to an experience, in an effort to notice how that experience is held in the body, and what it might take to shift or move that experience.
I may guide you into a meditative state where we slow down enough to notice these sensations without immediately trying to change them. We might give a sensation a shape, color, texture, age, or even a name, allowing the experience to become more tangible and relational.
From there, we gently explore what this part of you may be protecting, longing for, or carrying. Sometimes a childhood story or relational pattern emerges. Rather than becoming lost in the story, we bring our attention back to the body—creating enough presence and awareness for the nervous system to experience something different in the here and now.
The goal isn't to force a catharsis or excavate the past. It's to create a new embodied experience of yourself in the present.
You may discover that what once felt like fear is actually a need for protection. What felt like numbness may contain grief. What felt like anxiety may be an old strategy trying to keep you safe. And what felt like a limitation may reveal a desire that has been waiting to be felt.
This is where somatic work becomes deeply transformative: we don't simply understand ourselves differently. We experience ourselves differently.
This is coaching that moves beyond conversation. Your body becomes part of the conversation.
You are a sovereign being, and you are welcome to arrive in the fullness of your authentic expression. Within the agreed container of our work, you may choose to explore self-pleasure or nudity as part of your embodied experience. I will remain fully clothed throughout all virtual coaching sessions.
Sovereignty goes both ways. I honor your autonomy, your desires, your boundaries, and your unique expression—and I ask that you honor mine as well. This is a collaborative space, but I am also here to lead the journey: to offer structure, guidance, reflection, and practices that may invite you beyond the places you already know.
I want to be very clear about an important boundary in our work.
You are welcome to tell me what you desire, what you fantasize about, and what you would like to explore.
You are not entitled to dictate what I wear, how I present myself, or what I do.
I am not a cam girl, escort, or performer.
I am a professional Somatic Intimacy Coach.
I am a sovereign person, and my body, clothing, choices, and participation remain mine.
There is a difference between sharing a desire and making a demand.
Our work can absolutely include eroticism, fantasy, power, polarity, and edge—but it happens within a professional, consensual container where both people have agency.
Come willing to listen deeply, feel honestly, experiment courageously, and surrender to what becomes possible when you allow yourself to be fully present.
The work may open unexpected doors—into deeper self-awareness, greater capacity for pleasure, new relational possibilities, emotional release, or profound breakthroughs.
You bring the intention. I create the container. Together, we discover what wants to emerge.
Each session is 1.5 hours over Zoom.
About my In-Person Coaching Sessions
Our in-person sessions begin much like my virtual coaching: we slow down, arrive in the present moment, and explore what is emerging in your life. We talk about what you're experiencing, what feels challenging or unresolved, and what you are longing to understand, shift, or experience differently.
From there, we move out of conversation and into the body.
I guide you through a meditation to help you become more present to your inner landscape. We explore your desires, intentions, boundaries, and what feels like a genuine yes, no, or maybe for you in this moment. This gives us the foundation for creating a session that is responsive to who you are—not a predetermined protocol.
The unique possibility of working together in person is touch.
If you are open to giving and receiving touch within our agreed container, touch can become another language through which we explore connection, sensation, boundaries, trust, nervous-system regulation, and embodied awareness.
From there, I draw from my full somatic toolkit—Somatic Experiencing-informed practices, Tantra, polarity work, breathwork, sound, movement, sensory exploration, and conscious touch—to create a bespoke journey based on what is alive for you that day.
For those who process through their minds first, I may reach for a whiteboard to explain a concept, map a pattern, or give you a framework that helps your logical mind understand what your body is experiencing.
But we don't spend the session talking about embodiment.
We embody it.
These sessions are experiential rather than conversational. We may use breath, sound, movement, stillness, meditation, touch, and energetic practices to help you experience something new in real time.
You don't simply leave with a better understanding of yourself.
You leave having felt yourself differently.
This is coaching for people who are ready to move beyond insight and into embodied change.
