The 3-Session Framework: RELEASE. RECLAIM. RISE.
Session 1: RELEASE – Clear the Old, Make Space for the Real
We begin by listening to your body’s truth—not the noise in your head. Through guided breathwork, movement, and somatic inquiry, we explore:
Where your body holds unspoken tension, shame, or fear.
Somatic release techniques to move stagnant energy from the pelvis and nervous system.
Introduction to Sacred Sexuality: grounding masculine energy in the lower dantian.
Letting go of “performer mode” and returning to presence.
You’ll leave this session feeling lighter, clearer, and more relaxed in your own skin.
Session 2: RECLAIM – Rewire Your Beliefs, Reclaim Your Body
Now that space has been created, we go deeper into the mind-body connection:
Identifying unconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotional scripts around sex, aging, performance, and masculinity.
Somatic integration practices: mapping sensation, desire, and vulnerability in real-time.
Taoist microcosmic orbit & energetic breath practices to circulate arousal non-locally.
Understanding arousal as a full-body experience, not just genital.
This session will help you build a new foundation—one rooted in truth, embodiment, and possibility.
Session 3: RISE – Embody Your Pleasure, Awaken Your Power
With the old cleared and your system rewired, we now fully activate your sexual energy:
Sacred masculine activation: grounding, penetration of presence, and trust in your body.
Tantra-based solo and partner practices to sustain pleasure, deepen connection, and expand capacity for arousal.
Somatic arousal mapping: learning your body's new signals for desire, engagement, and readiness.
Creating personal practices for continued energetic vitality, confidence, and sexual fulfillment.
You’ll leave this session feeling empowered, alive, and reconnected to the energy of your erection—not just physically, but energetically and spiritually.
