1:1 Somatic Intimacy Coaching

I guide individuals to move beyond their minds & drop into their bodies, enabling fearless emotional exploration & primal erotic expression .

I provide tools & techniques to cultivate authentic connections, deep intimacy and the most EPIC LOVE life possible!

Josephina will first help you to identify you core goal and intentions for doing this work - what do you hope to achieve in working with Josephina? She will craft an Erotik SoulPrint - a map showing you how we will achieve your goals collectively.

Josephina starts each session checking in with you on what is most alive within you via your Felt Sense, also known as Somatic Awareness. Then she offers and guides you thru various practices, techniques and rituals to assist you on whatever is present and wants to be addressed in the session, as it is connected to your core goal. Each session is unique; some days we will talk, some days there will be movement practices, some days there will be breath work, guided journeys or meditations.

Josephina provides a fusion of neurolinguistic programming (NLP), Internal Family Systems - IFS parts work, Somatic Awareness, Shamanic facilitation and trauma-informed training with guided pleasure practices and meditative journeys, to literally re-code your body, releasing anything holding you back from achieving your goals! She utilizes Embodiment Practices, Breath work, Alchemical Movement, Sensory Activations, Energy Work, Shamanic Journeying, EFT/Marma Point Tapping, Chakra Balancing, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Coaching technique called Meta-Mapping.
