Somatic Journey (In Person)
Book a 1:1 Somatic Journey with Josephina. My approach to coaching and healing is a trauma-informed, energy-body based approach fusing the fields of study of Somatics, Shamanism and Sacred Intimacy. I guide my clients thru transformational experiences via facilitated journeys, movement-based practices and hands-on massage and energy work. Each session is also known as / referred to as a journey. The journey shall incorporate and activate your body’s innate technology of breath, sound, movement, touch and intuition in order to heal.
Each journey is unique and completely customized based on your wellness goals, and desired intentions.
The journey is 4 hours long and entails:
breathwork and guided meditation (30 min)
eye gazing and intention setting (30 min)
Somatic ceremony (may involve movement; may involve hands-on touch) (2.5 hrs.)
integration and closing (30 min)

Pricing is based on Chicago locations; availability to travel and provide services for additional fees.
Note: This Somatic Journey does not involve nudity or any genital touch; please see the offerings ILLUMINATE and INNER JOURNEY for those types of journeys.

Note: In-person sessions are non-refundable. By making this payment you are committing to a session and scheduling it with Josephina at a mutually agreeable time, to be completed within one (1) year of payment being received. Cancelations must occur with 24 hr. notification in order to have your payment be applied to your next session.
For scheduling appointment:
Online appointments with Josephina can be scheduled up to 1 year after payment.
In person appointments with Josephina can be scheduled up to 3 months after payment.
