WHAT IS A SESSION LIKE?
Josephina will first help you to identify your Core Goal and intentions for doing this work - what do you hope to achieve in working with Josephina? Josephina starts each session checking in with you both on what is most alive within you, then she will offer various practices, techniques and rituals to assist you on whatever is present and wants to be addressed in the session, as it is connected to your Core Goal . She will guide you thru Embodiment Practices, Breath work Journeys, Somatic Awareness (Mind-Body Mapping and Felt Sense), Alchemy, Sensory Activations, Energy Work: Reiki, Shamanic Journeying, EFT/Marma Point Tapping, Chakra Balancing, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) + so much more!!!
WHAT GOALS SHOULD I BE FOCUSED ON?
That is up to you, my love! I will guide you thru a Self-assessment of your Assests and your Opportunities for Growth, to identify you blind spots and feel anchored in your strengths. Thru a guided meditation, we will identify you Core Goal and craft a plan to help you execute on that goal. It can be something specific, such as “I want to launch my business,” or “I want to get 10 new clients,” or it could be a vague conceptual goals, such as “I want to call in my dream partner.”
WHAT IF AFTER 1 SESSION IT FEELS LIKE I NEED MORE GUIDANCE?
I’ve got you! There will be a discussion surrounding Next Steps and together we can craft a plan that works for you!
WHAT IF I WANT IN-PERSON WORK?
Yes, great. If you are in Chicago, we can do the session in person. If you are somewhere else in the world, I can come to you, however you will have to cover my travel expenses to do so!

Josephina resides in Chicago, IL and travels often. She passionately advocates for the rebuilding of Local Food Systems via embodied leadership as a consultant for Beyond Green Partners and the Sustainable Food Institute of America. She is dedicated to fostering a new paradigm that honors the Earth and embraces the diverse expressions and experiences of all people. Her podcast, "Universal Intimacy," exploring connections with the Self, others, nature, and the cosmos, will launch in February 2025.
