1: Intimacy Re-Defined

In session 1 we will discuss how we express and experience intimacy, exploring emotional, physical and energetic intimacy. You will learn about the energy body, the multiple fields (3D etheric, 4D astral/soul, 5D cosmic) and the chakras. You will also learn foundations of Somatics.

We will learn and practice emotional release tools, (ERT, Aspecting & Alchemical Movement) so that you can learn how to alchemize your lower vibrational energy of angry, frustration, sadness, disappointment without projecting them onto your partner.

You will be guided thru a practice called Elemental Touch with your partner

We will begin to discuss the Erotik Soulprint.

2: Desireland

Learn how to claim your desires and express your boundaries. In this session we will explore the fundamentals of Conscious Communication: I will teach you Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent, and my own tool for cultivating deep, intentional and sacred containers of intimacy called: IDEAS For Bliss. Desireland is the place we all want to go to – we know the feeling, the taste, the sound, the smell, the look & feel of it, yet we are often challenged by finding our way there. How do we access Desireland? How can we feel that our needs and wants and fantasies are fully expressed and received, without judgement from our partner? How can we hold space for our partner’s needs without being attached to our ego or our needs too? And how can we ensure that everything we are doing is a Full Body YES, that we are trying to please from a place of obligation or “have to.” You will learn it all in this session with these powerful tools & techniques.

3: Polarity as Play

Polarity is such a hot topic amongst Love and Relationship Coaches, and there is a reason for that: magnetism is creates by polar opposites. We all know the expression opposites attract, yet that often doesn’t feel fully true because in actuality each human is comprised of an Inner Masculine and Inner Feminine. In this module we will explore the Inner Masculine and Inner Feminine within ourselves and the other. We will recognize the ways in which we are still in our wounded/immature aspects of each, and we will learn practices, methods and “play” to step into our embodied wholeness. You will build your Erotik Soulprint further

4: Yab Yum / Divine Union

You will learn both the Tantric and Tao Breath Work styles, including the beginnner’s Microcosmic Orbit Practice. We will practice this as individuals and as a couple.. Sacred Puja & Pilgrimage; Then we will enter sacred ritual space and you will receive a demo of a Temple Journey, to practice being Sacred Witnesses and you will do this journey together on your own time.

Erotik Soulprint

Sex is the Conversation beyond the conversation, and in order for that conversation to be good, we have to be speaking the same language. The number 1 challenge in relationships is not money and it’s not sex – it’s actually communication. It’s because communication goes way beyond the words we select and even our actions. The context we create in each moment to moment awareness with our partner creates a field of safety to surrender and thus cultivate deep intimacy, or our styles of communication can create unsafety, mistrust and disrespect.

How can we get on the same page and ensure that we are speaking in the same native tongue? I have crafted a tool known as the Erotik Soulprint which helps individuals and partners identify their preferences.
