Somatic Intimacy Coaching is an embodied approach to intimacy and relationship work that moves beyond conversation and into direct experience. Josephine uses somatic awareness, breath, movement, presence, attunement, and other body-based practices to help clients develop greater awareness of their emotions, sensations, desires, boundaries, and relational patterns. I coach individuals and couples using a Somatic approach; every session is different and unique, completely bespoke and attuned to where you are at in your journey of understanding Self and Others.

Tantra is a diverse set of spiritual and embodied traditions that explore consciousness, energy, relationship, and the integration of body with Spirit, a.k.a. the Divine, God. Josephine teaches Contemporary Tantra, a fusion of Neo-Tantra and non-dual Shaivism, teachings draw from traditional esoteric traditions as well as modern trauma-informed approaches of incorporating Somatics (polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation), with Shamanics and Sacred Sexuality, while emphasizing presence, awareness, embodiment, intimacy, and the capacity to experience life more fully, via our erotic aliveness. She specialized in building individuals and couples’ erotic capacity and erotic range, the fullness of one’s relationship to your sacred life force energy and how you choose to channel, cultivate, hone and share it.

No! Tantra encompasses far more than sexuality. In Josephine's work, Tantra is explored as a pathway into greater presence, embodiment, consciousness, intimacy, energy, relationship, and connection. Erotic exploration may be one dimension of the work, but it is not the entirety of Tantra.

Temple of Loha is for individuals and couples who are curious about intimacy, embodiment, Tantra, relationships, erotic development, conscious relating, and personal transformation. No particular level of experience with Tantra or somatic work is required.

Josephine offers virtual sessions via Zoom to clients across the globe. Her in-person sessions are in Chicago, in the Lincoln Square neighborhood. Josephine travels for select private sessions, workshops, and retreats. Her work is available through private coaching, couples sessions, group workshops, immersive trainings, and retreats.

Josephine is motherly, (she is a mother of 3), compassionate, nurturing, caring and deeply intimate inthe ways that she holds space for her clients to process their emotions, and presence anything and everything without judgement. The space she cultivates and curates a safe, sacred, bold and brave spaces where you are free to be all of yourself, to release and express yourself fully, and to presence even the most vulnerable and intimate truths. She coaches from a place of discernment, high intelligence, intuition and Priestess presence, meaning that she fuses a steadfast devotion to her client’s highest vibration, pushing you to be your best Self possible while also holding you in loving compassion and grace when you are struggling. Her work is accessible to all genders, all sexual orientation and all souls seeking depth, connection, meaning and evolution.

Josephine’s Couples Intimacy Coaching supports partners who want to deepen emotional, physical, erotic, and relational connection. Sessions may explore communication, desire, polarity, boundaries, nervous-system awareness, embodiment, touch, Tantra, and practices for creating new experiences of intimacy together. Josephine guides couples using powerful frameworks of IDEAS For Bliss, HEB and DEAR, methods of the language of love that goes beyond verbal communication into the non-verbal states that cultivate the juiciest connection, the most epic sex life and the emotional depth that you desire and deserve!
