Unleash, an Embodiment Practice, to awaken your primal Self that is yearning to break free. Utilizing breath, sound, movement and touch to embrace your inner wild one, connect with your primal, savage self and let go of restraints, truly liberating oneself.
In this 1.5 hr Zoom-led session Josephina will guide you 1:1 on an exploration of the body as your sacred temple, to UNLEASH your sacred expression and tap into your life force energy. This is a guided journey in which Josephina will give you prompts to follow as she opens the field of a sacred + safe and bold + brave space to be all of you. This practice will also inform participants on the chakras, or energy centers of the body, and will serve to balance the chakras, clearing any stagnant or “stuck” energy.
